Commercial model
Channel count and care selections define service scope. The fee is calculated only from the selected tier minimum and attributed sales.
Platinum, Elite or Finesse establishes the minimum monthly package fee for the agreed service level.
Three per cent of monthly attributed sales is added to the selected tier minimum. Attributed sales are tracked through tracking links and voucher codes, agreed in writing before work starts.
Every package fee is its tier minimum, plus 3% of attributed sales. Channel and care selections define scope and never reduce the tier minimum.
