These terms cover use of this website and enquiries made through it. Client work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Website content
The information on this site describes the services HARBOR provides and is offered in good faith. It does not constitute a contractual offer, and service inclusions, coverage and response times are agreed in writing for each engagement.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the consultation form is a request only. A meeting is confirmed when HARBOR replies to accept it. Any retainer recommendation from the scoping tool is a starting point. The fee is agreed in writing.
Fees and scope
Retainer fees are scoped against the agreed workload, channel volume, coverage and service level. Work outside the agreed scope is approved with you before it is undertaken.
Service boundaries
HARBOR provides channel management. Paid-media management and original video production are provided by SNIPER and FLARE respectively. Conversations that need a client's regulated, legal, medical or specialist customer-service teams are escalated to the client.
Intellectual property
Brand assets remain the property of their owners. User-generated content is only reshared where documented permission has been obtained from the creator.
Governing law
