Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a consultation request we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, website, telephone number if provided, social profile links, the channel and coverage information you select, your preferred meeting date and time, and any additional context you write.

We do not collect special category data through this site and ask that you do not submit any.

Why we hold it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare for the consultation and scope a possible retainer. This is on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it is stored

Consultation requests are stored in our secure managed database. Access is restricted to HARBOR staff who need it in order to respond to you. Submissions cannot be read, edited or deleted by other website visitors.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client work are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to client engagements are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
